Executive Overview

Paul A. Tartre - President/Chief Executive Officer
Paul Tartre is a co-founder and CEO of Blue Oasis Technologies, Inc. Mr. Tartre has over 20 years of technical and management experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), technology consulting services and application development servicing Fortune 100 companies.

Prior to Blue Oasis Technologies, Inc. Mr. Tartre served as Chief Information Officer and President of Technology Solutions for Digital Lighthouse Corporation (DLC). DLC grew from 30 to 900 employees in two-and-half years by providing CRM sales, call center and integration services for customer direct initiatives. Previous positions include Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Eden Financial and FundMark Investment Company Services, Director of Software Development at Apricorn, Inc. and Developer of compiler technologies at NCR.

Mr. Tartre graduated Summa Cum Laude in Computer Science from San Diego State University.

Will Bechtel - Sr Consultant
Mr. Bechtel has more than 18 years experience in the development of technology and management of technology organizations. Mr. Bechtel was previously the Chief Technology Officer at Spider Technologies, a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software company with customers such as Sony, Cellular One and American Express.

Prior to Spider Technologies, Mr. Bechtel was a Sr. Vice President at Digital Lighthouse where he was a founding employee and worked to help the company grow to over 900 employees with offices across the United States and in Europe. Mr. Bechtel has consulted for companies such as SAIC, Sony, Wells Fargo, Cellular One, Sega and American Express.

Mr. Bechtel graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Economics in 1986, and gained MS Candidate status in Computer Science at San Diego State University in 1994. Will is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and serves on the Board of the San Diego ISACA Chapter and on the San Diego Software Industry Council Security and Privacy Business Interest Group Advisory Board. Will also is a member of the advisory board for the Hoover High Academy of Information Technology.

David Gilbreath - Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Gilbreath is a co-founder of Blue Oasis Technologies and has served as the CTO since the company's inception. Mr. Gilbreath brings more than 17 years of software engineering and management experience to Blue Oasis. In his capacity Mr. Gilbreath heads the strategic development group, which includes product development for our proprietary PayBOT wireless payment processing system. Mr. Gilbreath background includes building on-line transaction processing and payment systems for the CRM, Database and Insurance Industries.

Prior to Blue Oasis Mr. Gilbreath served as Director of Software Development at Spider Technologies where he was responsible for E-Commerce and the integration of new technologies into the company's core CRM product. In previous positions Mr. Gilbreath served as Principal Architect for DataTree Corporation's distributed image processing and retrieval system (formerly known as LISA), which revolutionized the Title industry's document retrieval systems. As a lead engineer at Allegiant Technologies, Mr. Gilbreath developed cross-platform application authoring tools. Over his career Mr. Gilbreath has lead several international development efforts including teams based in the United States, India and England and Germany.

Todd Hooker - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hooker has served as the Chief Financial Officer since the company's inception. Mr. Hooker brings more than 14 years of experience in the financial and operational management of various service and technology oriented companies.

Prior to Blue Oasis, Mr. Hooker was Director of Professional Services for Digital Lighthouse where he was a founding employee. As Director of Professional Services, Mr. Hooker was responsible for the financial management and delivery of multiple simultaneous customer engagements delivering CRM and Contact Center solutions for customers such as Caere, DirecTV, Sega, and Sony. Prior to Digital Lighthouse Mr. Hooker worked for ComStream, Inc., Vanstar Corporation, and Evans, Inc.

Mr. Hooker graduated from the Iowa State University, with a B.B.A. in Finance in 1989.

Michael McGrattan - Director of Data Management
Mr. McGrattan brings over 13 years of experience in software and data integration experience to Blue Oasis Technologies as Director of Data Management. Mr. McGrattan is responsible for the Blue Oasis's Data Management professional services, including regulatory compliance, data security, and data integration.

Prior to joining Blue Oasis Technologies, Mr. McGrattan served as Director of Engineering for a San Diego based technology services firm. Mr. McGrattan consulted with such companies as Sony, American Express, Akamai, and Linsco Public Ledger to provide enterprise data management and software integration solutions. Previously, Mr. McGrattan worked in the Corporate IT offices of Laidlaw International and the Research & Development department of Sybase, Inc.

Mr. McGrattan holds an MS in Computer Science from San Diego State University and BA degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Boston College. Mr. McGrattan is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).

Elizabeth Catherwood - Technical Resources Director
Ms Catherwood brings over 13 years of experience in the technical staffing industry. She began her career with IBM where she recruited for Global Services. Recently Elizabeth served as Branch Sales Manager for a major International staffing agency. She holds a B.S. degree in Applied Science and Business Administration from Gibbs College.

Meredith Manchack - Sr Technical Recruiter
Ms. Manchack comes to Blue Oasis Technologies with 7 years of recruiting experience, primarily in the telecommunications and software engineering arenas.  In addition to these areas of expertise, she has also recruited biotech, financial, electronics, sales, and civil engineering professionals throughout her career.  Her career also began with an international staffing firm in Research Triangle Park and has been involved with the San Diego technical recruiting industry for 4 years.  Ms. Manchack graduated from the University of Texas at Austin , with a B.A. in Spanish and a Business Foundations minor in 1998.
